The 2021 Waverley Blackcats award winners were announced last night. 30 people attended our virtual awards night last night, tuning in via a Zoom session to hear from the coaches of the various teams.
Luke Hughes tuned in from Perth to present the awards for the Firsts and Seconds. Reece Longstaff was a clear winner of the Geoff Paice MVP, with Mohi Kahui and Ben Firenzi tied in second place. Of course, Reece, Mohi and Ben are all currently in college over in the US and we send our best wishes.
Our thanks to coaches/captains of all the teams for their efforts, and of course to all the players for representing Waverley in difficult circumstances.
And the 2021 Waverley Blackcats award winners are …
