Andrew was Secretary on the Board at Waverley from 1983 through 1986.

Andrew played with Monash University from 1977 to 1988.  Monash won several A Grade premierships in that time.  He was on the committee for the club as treasurer/secretary and on the organising committee for the inter-varsity tournament held in Melbourne in 1979.  Andrew was also awarded a University Blue for baseball in 1980.

Andrew played several games with the Waverley Reds in the inaugural season of the ABL in 1989.

Consultant/Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant/Director/Part Owner: Andrew took on various roles over the years including pre-sales, implementations and ongoing support.

Andrew worked in several industries including waste management, warehousing and logistics, intellectual property, aluminium smelting and publishing and was also on the board of Fenwick Software for 4 years
