Our two Women’s teams played each other on Wednesday, February 8. While points were on the line, more importantly the game was an opportunity for us to raise funds for Breast Cancer Network Australia. This is the third year in a row we have held a special event to raise funds for BCNA.
The Club donated all profits from sales across the bar and canteen to the event. This, combined with the Sausage Sizzle, Raffles and other activities raised over $1,000 for BCNA.
The teams were lead on to the field by our Under 12 teams.
The following Saturday 25 players and friends headed off to the Yarra Valley races for a fun and relaxing day at the races
